Jeff graduated from Santa CLara University School of Law in 2003 and spent the first eight years of his practice at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office and Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. He left the District Attorney’s office to go to work as in-house counsel for a major insurance company. He completed more than 20 jury trials during his tenure as in-house counsel. Jeff decided to leave the insurance world to join a firm representing victims of injury and Burneikis Law is honored to welcome Jeff to the law firm. Jeff is a current member of the American Association for Justice and the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association.
